Our Story
With years of experience on the water, Rik has a deep connection to his home town Mallacoota, and all of its beautiful surroundings. His love and appreciation for the area has inspired a desire to share his wealth of knowledge with others and share the amazing experiences that are made out on the water.
MEET THE BOAT
The vessel
Meet the boat! For all our charters, you will be aboard a 7.2 meter twin hall shark cat renown for its stability and smooth sailing ride, perfect for cruising the lakes and oceans.
This twin 200 hp yamaha outboards with low emmission engines will get you to the best stop fast and comfortably. The Minn Kota electric trolling gives us the ultimate in stealth cruising for fishing, birdwatching and just taking it all in.
Our vessel has comfortable seats that can fit 12 people and has a full sheltered deck and enclosed wheelhouse, protecting us on the days where the weather is a little nasty.

Lake fishing adventures
From $350 plus $50pp if more than 4 passengers

Love fishing and want to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Mallacoota waters? This charter is for you. On this 3 hour adventure we will make our way around the top and bottom lake of Mallacoota as well as exploring the river, giving ourselves the best chance for fish. With fishing rods, bait, weather protection and a Minn Kota electric trolling motor provided, your only worry is to cast the rod.
Ocean fishing adventures (weather dependant)

If you're looking for more of a challenge, the ocean fishing adventures is the way to go. With deep sea fishing being more weather dependent and at times a little rougher, this charter is better suited for those aged over 12 years old. Although there can be some challenges, ocean fishing can prove to be extremely rewarding as we target a range of species from gummy sharks to flatheads. Fish are not always guaranteed, however The exhilarating experience among the elements will have you hooked.
BBQ Cruise

Mallacoota lake has a variety of BBQ spots, giving us plenty of options to choose the best place for you depending on the days weather conditions so that you can be sure to enjoy the stunning views Mallacoota has to offer. The boat provides comfortable seating as we make our way to the chosen location as well as weather protection and water. BYO food along with you on this adventure so that you can be sure to pack all of your favourite sweets and treats.

With freshly shucked oysters and the breathtaking views the sunsets are sure to provide, this charter is a nice way to wind down with friends and family after a busy day exploring. With bluetooth speakers provided so that you can set the mood, all you need is to BYO favourite drinks for this sunset adventure.
To be sure we provide you with the freshest oysters, this booking needs to be made 48 hours in advance.
Sightseeing tours

It is no secret that Mallacoota is filled with beautiful scenery and wildlife. This sightseeing tour provides the perfect option for exploring the natural wonders of both land and water. Our adventure begins in the bottom lake, from where we will then make our way up to Gypsy point and from there we will explore the beautiful Genoa river. As we cruise along the waters we will be able to spot eagle nests in the trees, water dragons sun baking on the rocks and a diverse range of birds going on about their day.
Gabo Island

Join us as we explore Gabo island and its beautiful surroundings! Leaving from the lake, we will head out to the ocean and over to Gabo island. As we make our way over, keep your eyes peeled for any seals or dolphins as they are often seen playing around these areas. Once arrived at Gabo island, you will notice not only its wild coastline, which we will be able to explore as we move from boat to land, but also its famous lighthouse. As we make our way to land, a tour of this distinct red granite lighthouse will be given.
With wildlife, sightseeing and walks, this charter is great for a varied day exploring the famous sights of Mallacoota.
